ProductsDocument intelligence

AS Resume Sorter

Recruiting PDF sorting + review · Public product

A desktop document sorter that splits mixed recruiting PDFs into applicant packets, identifies document types, and asks for review when confidence is low.

Inside the product

How it works

  1. Drop recruiting PDFs or a folder into the queue and select the document types you want.

  2. Analyze the pages to identify boundaries, candidate names, and document types.

  3. Review the grouped documents by type or candidate; correct uncertain pages with undo available.

  4. Split and save named applicant folders and the selected documents.

What it solves

A recruiting export may put application reports, resumes, cover letters, and references into one PDF. Sorting by page count alone loses both document boundaries and applicant identity.

Capabilities

  • ATS-specific parsing and general document-boundary analysis
  • OCR, candidate identity normalization, confidence, and review queues
  • By-type and by-candidate review with drag-and-drop correction and undo
  • Named applicant folders and selective document export

Where it gets hard

  • Scans, repeated headings, and multi-page resumes create ambiguous boundaries
  • Low-confidence identity or classification needs a visible review path

In the loop

Optional intelligence can assist classification; the captured sample uses local rules and invented applicant documents.

A recruiter confirms uncertain groups, corrects labels or identity, and chooses what to save.
